I graduated from AECC Chiropractic College in 2007 and spent the next 10 years working in a multidisciplinary clinic in Weymouth, where I learned the importance of treating the whole person—not just their symptoms.
In 2011, my boss introduced me to a new treatment approach that transformed the way I practice. The results we saw in our patients were so consistently positive that I've continued using it ever since.

During the lockdowns, I focused on breathwork training and completed the Buteyko Breathing and Oxygen Advantage Instructor training with leading breathing expert Patrick McKeown, qualifying in 2021.
Today, I incorporate breathwork techniques into my chiropractic care to help people improve their breathing—whether they're managing conditions such as asthma, obstructive sleep apnoea, and other respiratory challenges, or looking to enhance their sporting performance.
