What To Expect
Functional assessments (squats, lunges, simple joint range of motion, breathing capacity and your strength) during each appointment shows us both that you are on track.

I include the beginning of your treatment at the end of your initial consultation provided that we are both happy to do so. 99.9% of people notice an improvement in their relaxed posture and breathing often feels easier and 'lighter'.
With in reason of course! If you are in excruciating pain then it's likely I'll advise you take a break from training. Clients who have a sport and/or use the gym tell me that they go back stronger and more able after a few weeks of treatment.
I want you to keep running, biking, swimming, training etc because your body will 'unwind' faster if you use it! I will explain this more during your appointments.
