Think of your body like an incredibly complicated piece of architecture. To return it to a structurally sound position that has pain free, normal flexibility, I assess how the body as a whole is affecting the symptoms you're currently experiencing and correct it accordingly.
Throughout your treatment session you will notice how i continually check my work. We can also test functional movements such as a squat or lunge and specific movements that have been causing you discomfort before and after a session to assess your body's progress.
Below are typical postural changes for a first visit. The improvement in a completely relaxed stance is mostly often accompanied by reports of being able to breathe more deeply, more easily and noticing that the head, chest and shoulders stay upright by themselves without having to hold them back.
